We are currently supporting one of our large retailer clients who require a HR Operations Project Manager to work across multiple HR projects. Tasked with driving process improvement and organisational transformation, this position sits at the intersection of HR strategy and operational excellence, working closely with Retail, Logistics, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of multiple HR initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Identification and implementation of efficiencies to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Management of all projects in strict alignment with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Serving as the lead communicator between HR, business partners, and senior management.
  • Execution of training, communication, and data analysis to measure success and ensure project adoption.
Experience required
  • MUST have previous retail/pharmaceutical experience
  • Proven success delivering HR projects within large, complex, or matrixed environments.
  • Deep understanding of HRIS, employment law, and HR transformation.
  • Exceptional organisational ability with a proactive, problem solving mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
