HR Operations Manager, Employee Relations, Professional Services, Part Remote, Cardiff.

Hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least once a week. This position is hands-on while also contributing to the future strategy and vision of the HR Department.

We seek a candidate with a HR Generalist background who is strong in Employee Relations. The role involves working with key, high-level stakeholders and is suited to someone with a Professional Services background (or equivalent).
