Oakleaf are currently partnering with a small, specialist consultancy with a strong purpose behind what they do. They work closely with firms and regulatory bodies on high-profile investigations – the kind of cases you might read about in the news. Think tech, finance, even environmental issues. They’re around 50 people in size, with a global reach and a very values-led approach.
As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. This role will support HR operations, focusing on a complete employee benefits rehaul, data and systems, and compliance across their UK, EU, and US offices.
