Are you a dynamic HR leader with a passion for people? We'relooking foran experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team and to champion a consultative, tailored HR approach that adds real value to our business. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our team ofHR Business Partners, delivering projects that align to our People strategy to ensure that we that attract, engage, develop, and recognise our colleagues across the company.

What you'll be doing...

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Coach and develop our team of HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR advice. Ensuring a consistent, generalist approach that covers all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment to retention.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies, challenging existing practices to enhance our position as an industry leader. Oversee the delivery of cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with our overall HR Plan.
  • Complex Employee Relations: Provide support on complex employee relations cases, including TUPE transfers and tribunal activities. Ensure these processes are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Learning & Development and Talent & Resourcing teams to support our People Vision of 'Empowered & inspired people delivering exceptional service within a great place to work.' Engage with senior stakeholders to promote HR initiatives and address business challenges.

  • Experience: Proven experience in leading and coaching HR teams, with a strong background in employee relations and TUPE. CIPD qualification is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work with complex information and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Ability to drive innovation and develop people strategy, which deliver measurable ROI
