We are supporting a dynamic international businessthat are looking for an experienced HR Operations Managerto join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the operational and HR framework of a forward-thinking, global business. The company has teams based across multiple regions and is passionate about creating efficient, compliant, and people-focused processes to support its distributed workforce.

As HR Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of global HR and operational processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global staffing logistics, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, Employer of Record (EOR) providers, and staffing vendors.
  • Review and update company policies covering HR, operations, travel, and remote work.
  • Oversee operational infrastructure and remote workspace logistics to support a fully distributed team.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations across all regions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable, streamlined solutions.
