Are you a systems-savvy, data-driven HR Operations Manager?

If so, this People Services Manager role could be for you!

The role:

• Support operational areas of the business - warehouse, driving, retail
• Manage 2 staff - develop, mentor, and support their growth
• Oversee HRIS - responsible for data, analytics, reporting, and action planning
• Support and partner with Senior leaders within operational areas in absence, performance, employee relations
• Leadership development - support management teams in upskilling for higher performance
• Implement and review policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant
• Support HR Business Partner in rolling out and implementing HR initiatives around Engagement & Wellbeing, Talent, and Succession
• Oversee Payroll - ensure process accuracy

We seek an experienced HR Operational Manager with experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Retail. You should be highly data and tech-savvy, possess strong employment law knowledge, and be CIPD qualified. This role is based in Lichfield on a hybrid basis with occasional travel to other sites.
