This role is with a multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund expanding its London HR function. The successful candidate will be the first HR Operations hire, supporting a team of HR Business Partners.

The role also involves project work to build out the HR function, with a focus on automating business-as-usual processes. The candidate will identify opportunities to optimize global employee lifecycle processes through automation, self-service tools, and system management.
Ideal candidates will have 5-15 years of experience in financial services HR, particularly in HR Operations, with strong academic credentials and additional qualifications such as CIPD. Experience in project management and automation is preferred.
This is a critical hire, offering a highly attractive compensation package, including a base salary, performance-based bonus, and sign-on bonus. WFH flexibility of 1-2 days per week is available.
