A multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund, expanding its London HR function, is looking to make their first ‘HR Operations’ hire.
Supporting a small team of exceptional HRBPs, the hire will take ownership of multiple tasks such as new hire onboarding, organizing appraisals/probation/performance reviews, internal/international mobility, advising on legislation and exit processes, offer approvals, HR policy & documentation review, etc. He/she will be the first point of contact on all ‘HR Operations matters’.
The role extends to project work, focused on the continued buildout of the HR function and/or more specifically automating BAU processes. The hire will continually look to identify opportunities to optimize global business processes related to the employee life cycle, creating areas of automation, self-service, and efficiencies through innovation, tools, and systems management and enablement.
Candidates should have 5-15 years of experience in financial services HR, with a weighting towards ‘HR Operations’. Candidates should ideally have strong academics and additional qualifications such as CIPD. Solid project/automation experience is preferred.
This is a crucial hire for the firm’s human capital function, paying a very attractive compensation component. On top of a significant increase on the current base salary, a strong performer will earn a large percentage of this number as a bonus, and in addition, he/she will receive a sign-on bonus.
It is possible to work from home for 1-2 days per week in this role.
