Wise May is looking for an HR Operations / HRIS Assistant to join this forward-thinking insurance business in the heart of the City. This is a real opportunity to assist a growing HR team.
Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team.
HR Operations duties will include:
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to determine HRIS needs
- Lead the implementation of a new HRIS
- Provide training on using the HRIS
- Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes
- Prepare reports and conduct audits
- Manage data compliance
- Audit HR processes and documents
- Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls
- Support the team on projects throughout the year
HR Operations skills required:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to operate in accordance with the standards and rules of regulatory bodies
- Data management experience
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits
- Able to develop and maintain good relationships within the workplace
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
