You will review information for risks, protect payroll integrity, and uphold safeguarding standards while supporting colleagues and leaders.

You will act as a key contact on the HR helpline, maintain HR records, and contribute to a proactive, compliant HR operation within a cooperative academy network.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS and maintaining data privacy policies.
• Ability to review information for risks and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Employee lifecycle: serve as primary HR helpline contact and resolve issues quickly.
• HR Systems: ensure accurate, well-documented HR records and secure filing.
• Safeguarding and payroll integrity: support compliance and safeguarding standards.
