Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator (Permanent)

Location: London (on-site)

Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are excited to be partnering with a standout macro hedge funds with offices in major financial hubs known for a high-calibre, intellectually stimulating environment, ideal for those who thrive on challenge and continuous learning.

The role:

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Onboarding and internal mobility to oversee and support administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration to ensure new hire preparation and best practices are maintained across other departments
  • Maintaining data accuracy and compliance with up-to-date employee records on HR platforms
  • Assisting and supporting with payroll data and administration of employee benefits
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely and excellent customer service
  • HR Systems Management and providing day-to-day operational support for HR platforms

Skills and experience:

You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:

  • Experience with a fast-paced HR or People Operations environment and understand the nuances of supporting a dynamic workforce.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Workday and ticketing tools like ServiceNow
  • Regulatory Awareness and solid understanding of employment laws and HR practices across EMEA, APAC, and US entities
  • A clear and professional communicator
  • Sharp attention to detail with an ability to juggle multiple priorities

You will be responsible for professional and timely support across all operational touchpoints, resolving first-line queries with care, escalating where appropriate and consistently meeting service level expectations with a strong commitment to excellent and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will bring a stakeholder-focused approach and can confidently navigate complexity, underpinned by a genuine passion for HR operations.
