HR Operations Assistant – Liverpool
Award-winning UK law firm are hiring a HR Operations Assistant in their Liverpool office on a permanent basis.

HR Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the administration of UK&I employee and partner benefits provisions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Help conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our rewards and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry
- Support the coordination of benefit enrolment periods and assist employees with benefits-related queries
- Support the Talent Operations team in projects and initiatives to offer a best-in-class service
- Assist the Payroll Advisor with the monthly payroll cycle, providing administrative support where required
- Cover the payroll mailbox when required, for example when the Payroll Advisor is on leave
- Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and firm policies when handling sensitive employee information
HR Operations Assistant Skills & Requirements:
- Experience of operating in a similar role within a law firm
- Excellent people skills (including influencing) to effectively liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
- Flexible and accommodating – there will be the need to work outside of office hours at events or to travel to our other UK offices on occasion
- Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Customer service oriented
