Job description

A leading US hedge fund, expanding its European HR function, are looking to make their first London based ‘HR Operations’ hire.

Supporting a small team of exceptional HRBP’s, the hire will take ownership of multiple tasks such as new hire onboarding, organising appraisals/probation/performance reviews, internal / international mobility, advising on legislation and exit processes, offer approvals & contracts for new hires, HR documentation review etc.

The role extends to project work, focused on the continued buildout of the HR function and/or more specifically automating BAU processes that the hire will work on as part of his/her daily role.

Candidates should have 2-5yrs experience in financial services HR, with a weighting towards operational / administrative tasks. Candidates are expected to have strong academic profiles.

The role is budgeted to pay a £65-85k base salary (potential flexibility). On top of a significant increase on current base salary, a strong performer will earn a large % of this number as a bonus and in addition he/she can expect to receive a sign-on bonus.

It is possible to WFH for 1-2 days per week in this role.
