Location: Shoreditch! Stone's throw from Liverpool Street!

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage the Admissions process from application review to onboarding
  2. Screen, interview, and assess applicants for suitability
  3. Maintain accurate records of applications and admissions decisions using CRM tools
  4. Organise and host Virtual Inductions and Admissions webinars
  5. Schedule and conduct interviews while managing applicant feedback
  6. Make offers and handle all offer-related queries
  7. Continuously enhance the Admissions experience through feedback
  8. Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the process
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to align Admissions criteria with business needs
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools (e.g., CRM, ERP)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to growth
  • Passion for leveraging technology and data to drive excellence
  • Commitment to upholding the organisation's values and fostering trust
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in admissions or related fields
  • Familiarity with data management tools and project management software
  • Previous work in educational settings or professional services
