A well-known healthcare provider in Birmingham is looking for an HR Onboarding Assistant to join their central functions team. This role involves providing administrative support in onboarding, managing pre-employment checks, and ensuring all documentation is in order. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a supportive team environment aimed at career progression. Experience with tools like Workday and strong communication skills are preferred.
Cygnet have an exciting opportunity for an organised HR Onboarding Assistant to join our central functions team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be joining the team working full time, 40 hours per week. This is a Hybrid role working two days from home and three days within our city centre Birmingham office.
This role will include chasing pre-employment checks for applicants, making sure all pre-employment checks meet the CQC criteria, working closely with our recruitment and HR team to ensure you are offering an efficient and supportive approach to our central team.
You will also assist the management team with the administration of any recruitment/HR functions as needed.
