HR Officer (Temporary)

Jackson Hogg are currently supporting a manufacturing business based in Newton Aycliffe with the appointment of HR Officer on a temporary basis up to 6 months. This is a full-time, fully office-based position.

You will be supporting the wider HR Team and business with project-based as well as reactive HR concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Updating the employee handbook
2. Creating and updating current policies and procedures
3. Salary benchmarking
4. Reviewing and updating company benefits
5. Sexual harassment training
6. Updating the current appraisal scheme
7. Transactional HR

We are looking to speak with candidates who are immediately available and currently hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. You must be well-organized with good communication skills, both written and verbal.
