A generalist HR Officer role reporting into the HR Manager
About Our Client
Our client is a leading organisation in the FMCG industry, well-known for its commitment to its people and delivering high quality products to its customers. With 2 sites in North Manchester and approximately 400 employees in a unionised environment.
Job Description
Provide comprehensive HR advice to team members and managers
Implement effective HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
Facilitate employee development programmes
Assist in performance management processes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
A degree in human resources, business, or a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced FMCG environment
