We are recruiting for an HR Officer on a temporary basis for a leading trailer manufacturer across England, NI, and ROI. The successful candidate will join a busy team to deliver high-standard HR practices. This role is based in Toomebridge, with occasional travel to different sites.

The Role:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: managing recruitment and onboarding processes for vacancies.
• HR Operations & Compliance: providing HR support and advice across NI & ROI, maintaining employee records.
• Employee Development & Performance: supporting line managers with probation reviews, training schedules, and materials.
• Employee Engagement & Relations: advising on HR and employment law, organizing social and engagement activities, supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures, and monitoring absenteeism.

The Person:

• Minimum 2 years’ HR experience
• CIPD qualification or HR-related degree (desirable)
• Experience managing employee records
• Experience supporting disciplinary and grievance processes
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
