About Our Client

Our client is a large Manufacturing company with approx 100 employees onsite in Huddersfield.

Job Description

  • Partner with the Directors
  • Manage employee relations casework D&G, sickness, performance management
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • Senior stakeholder management with the ability to challenge
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Manage and develop HR processes, policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration including contracts of employment
  • Recruitment and Training
