Position
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Officer will be responsible for the HR system, processes and procedures, legislative and system updates, ensuring that the HR requirements for the business are efficient, compliant and delivered to a high standard. This is a varied and rewarding role, requiring the HR Officer to be diligent, analytical, resourceful and to work impartially, professionally and confidentially at all times. Working closely with the HR Team, the HR Officer will seek input from stakeholders across the Company, to make continual improvements to support the business and ensure initiatives are current and relevant.
This is a hybrid role working three days from the offices in Leeds and the remaining two days from home. The role is paying up to £45k, plus other benefits.
