Job Description

Are you a detail-driven HR professional who thrives in a structured environment but loves variety through project work?

We're looking for a HR Officer or HR Assistant who can keep our people operations administration running smoothly with precision, initiative, and a sharp eye for detail.

Working in a small, focussed HR team you will own and deliver accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to off-boarding. You'll support HR projects across policy updates, process improvements and systems along with handling low-volume employee relations queries with confidence and professionalism.

You'll already have a foundation in HR and will bring the proven ability to interpret complex information, extract key insights, critically evaluate, and apply sound judgement while understanding wider HR implications. You'll demonstrate a pragmatic approach and a keen interest to support day-to-day operational HR as well as working on projects that supports both the firms and the departments people focussed initiatives.
