£36,575.24 (based on 37 hours per week)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (15 months)
Hours: 30 hrs minimum across 4-5 days per week. Working pattern must cover Monday and Friday.
Agile working with 1-2 days home based per week.

About the Role
As a confident communicator, you’ll feel at ease with managers and employees, building good working relationships and providing advice and guidance on their HR policies and procedures adhering to regulations and ensuring that colleagues are aware of any relevant legislation.
This is a varied role in which you will manage key issues such as absence management and disciplinaries, grievances and performance management, as well as undertaking recruitment and selection activities, from the initial job description through to interviews and inductions. You’ll champion and embed our equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in all HR practices, ensuring policies and initiatives support a fair and inclusive workplace for all.
Accuracy is essential, as you’ll interface with the monthly payroll cycle and ensure legislation, policy and best practice guidelines are always followed.
About You
With experience in a similar HR generalist role, you’ll be able to provide support and guidance to employees and managers on all aspects of HR and ER, demonstrating your detailed knowledge of legislation and best practice. You’ll have good knowledge of using HR / Payroll systems to manage expenses and maintain reports.
You’ll be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changes in the daily priorities. Ideally, you’ll be CIPD qualified (level 5 as a minimum) and be comfortable having sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.
