Human Resources Officer (12-Month Temporary Role)

A well-established engineering firm in County Antrim is currently seeking a Human Resources Officer for a 12-month temporary role, employed via agency. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking to bring their employee relations and generalist HR skills to a high-performing and technically focused environment.

About the Role


Working as part of a collaborative HR team and reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide day-to-day HR support across a range of generalist activities. The role has a strong focus on employee relations, absence management, and providing practical HR advice to line managers and staff. You'll also assist with recruitment, HR reporting, and help drive initiatives that support wellbeing and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
