Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Officer - Employee Relations Specialist for a contract role in the public sector. What you'll do

  • Manage HR and employee relations issues in accordance with policies and legislative requirements
  • Undertake investigations related to personnel matters
  • Assist in developing and managing HR procedures, record keeping, and reporting
  • Coordinate responses to information requests under legislation
  • Liaise with managers and advise on sickness absence and Occupational Health
  • Prepare absence management reports for case review panels
