About Our Client
I'm recruiting for a HR Officer to join a Public Sector organisation. This is a contract till the end of December.
21 hours per week (0.6 WTE). Immediate start following a one stage interview process. Based in West Midlands, mainly home based with some travel as and when required. Salary is £35,000 - £42,000 FTE
Looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience managing both collective and individual redundancy consultations. Comfortable in sensitive, 1:1 conversations, ensuring legal compliance and fairness throughout.
