A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HR officer to provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment and compliance. The role demands a candidate with 2-3 years in HR operations within a regulated setting, focusing on operational HR processes and supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, manage recruitment, and act as a first point of contact for employee relations.
The De Parys Group is looking to appoint an experienced HR officer to support our organisationon a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours on a fixed term 12 month contract.
The successful candidate will provide accountable HR support across recruitment, compliance, ER, and HR systems, ensuring that the practice meets CQC and regulatory requirements.
The HR officer acts as the first line of professional HR advice for managers and staff, owning responsibility for operational HR processes, audits, and delivery of people services - while escalating complex or strategic matters to the HR manager.
This role is pivotal in supporting organisational resilience as the practice prepares for growth and merger/ TUPE transfer.
TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham sites. In addition to our routine GMS services, we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery, LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics.
