A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HR officer to support operations on a full-time basis for a fixed term of 12 months. This role involves managing HR processes such as recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and 2-3 years of HR operations experience, ideally in a healthcare setting. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
The De Parys Group is looking to appoint an experienced HR officer to support our organisation on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours on a fixed term 12 month contract.
The successful candidate will provide accountable HR support across recruitment, compliance, ER, and HR systems, ensuring that the practice meets CQC and regulatory requirements.
The HR officer acts as the first line of professional HR advice for managers and staff, owning responsibility for operational HR processes, audits, and delivery of people services - while escalating complex or strategic matters to the HR manager.
This role is pivotal in supporting organisational resilience as the practice prepares for growth and merger/ TUPE transfer.
TDPG is fortunate to have its own dispensaries at our De Parys and Bromham sites. In addition to our routine GMS services, we offer a comprehensive range of services including minor surgery, LARC provision and anticoagulation clinics.
We have high QOF achievement and excellent KPIs within the group.
