A growing HR company in Taunton is seeking an HR Officer to support the HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This full-time on-site role offers a starting salary of £26,500 per annum, along with various benefits including learning opportunities and annual pay reviews. Role: HR Officer
Contract: Permanent
Contracted Hours: 40 per week, working Monday to Friday 08:30am – 4:30pm
Location: Full-time on-site role in Monkton Heathfield, Taunton
Annual leave entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays
Annual Salary: £ 26,500 per annum

Assist Admin & HR Manager with taking minutes in ER case meetings
Issue contracts of employment to onboarding candidates in line with employment legislation
Assist the recruitment team with safer recruitment checks during the full recruitment lifecycle as and when required
Assist the Admin & HR Manager in the production of quantitative and qualitative data for the monthly HR Manager reports in a timely manner
Monitor the HR inbox and action incoming emails accordingly
Auditing of employee files and onboarding files
Update job descriptions with/without the Directors/Service Leads when required
Supporting advising managers on low level employee relation casework
Posting job adverts, reviewing applications, issuing conditional offers and unconditional offers
