A leading facilities management company in England is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee HR activities across multiple contracts. This role involves managing TUPE-related processes, advising on employment legislation, and leading HR transformation efforts. The ideal candidate should have extensive senior HR experience, preferably in a facilities management context, and a CIPD qualification. Role Overview: To manage and lead the expansion of HR activities, participate in tenders for potential clients, and manage subsequent TUPE activity. Manage business transformation and consultation processes across multiple contracts. Provide professional advice to managers and employees regarding employee relations, conditions of service, and legal and company procedures across various contracts and locations. Be the HR focal point for developing HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation.
