About The Role

The HR Officer / PA role is a Trust Services role primarily based at Thomas Rotherham College, Moorgate Road, Rotherham, S60 2BE.

Working hours/days 25 hpw (within Monday-Friday and 8am-4pm parameters, exact working pattern to be confirmed with successful candidate), 202 days per annum (FTE)

Key Duties
  • Cover both Trust Services and Sitwell Junior School
  • Manage the recruitment, induction and new starter process
  • Administer HR system processes
  • Be responsible for monitoring attendance
  • Provide administrative and PA support to the Leadership Team(s)
About You

The successful HR Officer / PA should have:

  • Relevant and recent experience in a HR role
  • GCSE A*-C (or new equivalent) in Mathematics, English
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
