We're excited to be partnering with a well-known high street retailer in their search for an organised and proactive HR Officer to join their busy People team.

Location: Clerkenwell, London | Hybrid Working
Salary: £30,000 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience, working closely with HR Advisors to support on employee relations, HR operations, and process improvements. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the HR function runs smoothly and efficiently across the business.

What you'll be doing:

Responding to general HR queries via email

Supporting HR Advisors with ER cases (disciplinary, investigation, grievances, welfare meetings)

Advising on non-complex ER cases

Drafting letters for various HR processes

Taking minutes for formal meetings

Advising on GDPR queries from stores

Assisting on HR projects to improve service delivery

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year's HR Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment

CIPD qualified with solid understanding of UK HR and employment law

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Clear, confident written communication skills

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience supporting on HR queries and ER processes
