A leading healthcare staffing firm in London seeks a proactive HR Officer to support the HR operations in a busy healthcare environment. The role involves coordinating recruitment, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR processes. Applicants should have 2+ years in HR administration and a CIPD Level 3 qualification. This position is full-time on-site for the initial 6 months.

We’re looking for a proactive HR Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations across a busy Healthcare environment. This varied role covers generalist HR support including recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle administration, HR systems management, and junior ER casework.
You’ll act as a first point of contact for staff and managers, handling a broad range of queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Please bear in mind that this role will be full time on site for the first 6 months until probation is passed, so please only apply if you are happy with this.

2+ years’ HR admin experience within the Public Sector
CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
Strong IT and communication skills
