Job title: HR Officer
Office location with Hybrid working: Hammersmith
The HR Officer role will play a key role in driving the performance and employee engagement agenda within the organisation. The role supports general HR activities and people project implementation, focusing on people management capability and the employee lifecycle. It complements the support offered by the People Services Team by providing HR professional judgment across various employee and managerial levels. The role is proactive, data-driven, and solution-oriented, supporting the development of a strong People Team identity and credibility within the business.
What will you be doing?
- Support overseeing and maintaining the performance tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee performance data.
- Prepare monthly performance dashboard reports for CEO review meetings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for first-line managers, providing advice and guidance on employee relations (ER) matters and HR processes, including investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, and sickness absence cases.
- Assist HR Business Partners in analyzing employment engagement survey results and developing insightful summary reports for divisions and departments.
- Support talent management analysis, including critical role/player analysis as part of the talent management programme.
What we are looking for?
- Previous HR partnering experience at the same level or below.
- Experience in wider HR functions including L&D, ER, HR Shared Services at the same level or below.
- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Resilient, proactive, curious, organized, confident.
- CIPD stages are desirable.
