HR Officer (Hybrid - Leeds) | £45k + Benefits

Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £45,000 + comprehensive benefits package
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Officer to join a dynamic and collaborative HR team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home two days a week while being part of a supportive and fast-paced environment in Leeds city centre.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR systems, policies, and compliance—owning the HR system, ensuring legislative alignment, supporting visa/sponsorship processes, and delivering accurate data and reporting across the business.

About You:
  1. 4+ years of HR experience within a collaborative HR team.
  2. Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and trusted HR reference sources (e.g., ACAS, Practical Law).
  3. Comfortable managing HR systems and eager to improve their functionality.
  4. Prior experience managing sponsorships and visa processes.
  5. Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Trustworthy with confidential information and able to work autonomously to deadlines.
