Overview

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Officer based in Leeds.

You’ll be working as part an established and effective HR team headed up by a CPO that champions professional development and progression.

Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, reporting and MI, and compliance.
  • Support various HR projects and initiatives to ensure smooth operation of the HR function.
  • Engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation with strong IT and systems skills and sound business judgment.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, evolving environment with flexibility to respond to people and business needs.

The salary is up to £35,000 dependent on experience, and the role is based three days in the office and two days per week working from home.
