HR Officer (Hybrid - Leeds) | £45k + Benefits

Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: £45,000 + comprehensive benefits package
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR Officer to join a dynamic and collaborative HR team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home two days a week while being part of a supportive and fast-paced environment in Leeds city centre.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things HR systems, policies, and compliance—owning the HR system, ensuring legislative alignment, supporting visa/sponsorship processes, and delivering accurate data and reporting across the business.

About You:

  • 4+ years of HR experience within a collaborative HR team.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and trusted HR reference sources (e.g., ACAS, Practical Law).
  • Comfortable managing HR systems and eager to improve their functionality.
  • Prior experience managing sponsorships and visa processes.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and able to work autonomously to deadlines.
