Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Develop job descriptions, prepare ads, shortlist candidates, and assist managers with onboarding and induction.
Employee Relations: Handle workplace conflicts, manage long-term sick cases, and liaise with union reps and legal advisors.
HR Administration: Maintain records, manage payroll input, and ensure compliance with audit standards and employment legislation.
Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop plans, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
CIPD Qualified: Essential.
Experience: 2+ years in a similar FMCG HR role, union experience is a plus.
