Overview

Human Resources Officer - Central London - Permanent 50,000 + Benefits. Office based and then hybrid after probation (4 Months). Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We're exclusively partnered with a leading professional services organisation in London who are looking to add a talented Human Resources Officer to their growing HR team.

This role offers the opportunity to be the go-to person for managers across the business, shaping recruitment, driving employee engagement, and supporting a wide range of HR initiatives. You'll gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle - from employee relations to L&D - while working in a collaborative and supportive team that invests in your growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the business
  • Advise and guide managers on policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring quality hires
  • Support and deliver training, CPD and development programmes
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance cases with confidence
  • Maintain HR records and compliance standards
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners
What we're looking for
  • CIPD qualified (Level 3-5 desirable) or equivalent
  • Strong HR generalist experience with recruitment expertise
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations cases
  • HRIS experience (Workday desirable)
  • A confident communicator, able to influence and build trust
  • Highly organised, proactive and results-focused with a "can do" approach
