A growing education Trust is seeking a dynamic HR Officer to deliver high-quality HR services across its academies in Essington. Responsibilities include ensuring HR compliance, supporting academy leaders with recruitment, and managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational and communication skills while working collaboratively with various stakeholders. This position involves necessary travel to Trust academies and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Job description

Due to the growth of the Trust, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic, skilled and organised HR Officer to deliver an efficient high-quality service to all Trust employees and stakeholders in line with the Trust's strategy and service level agreements. The successful candidate will be based at our Central Office in Essington, Wolverhampton with travel required as necessary to Trust academies. Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer the HR Officer will be:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the HR function for the Trust ensuring compliance with all necessary legislation and best practice.
  • To support Trustees, Central Team members and Academy Senior Leadership Teams in all aspects of people management.
  • Responsible for supporting academy leaders with their recruitment needs.
  • To liaise with the Trust's HR consultants as required.
