Job description

We are looking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic, experienced and proactive HR Officer to provide high-quality HR advice and guidance to members of staff and managers. You will be involved in all aspects of human resource management at the school. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and respond accordingly to a change in priorities.


Description

In this role, you will arrange and administer the school’s recruitment and selection processes, onboarding new members of staff and ensuring that all safer recruitment and pre-employment checks are carried out in a timely manner. Additionally, you will support the Head and Leadership team with employee relations matters, addressing concerns in a sensitive way.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an HR role, preferably in an educational setting. They will be attentive to both the confidential and sensitive nature of working in a human resource environment and will have experience addressing HR queries from staff and managers.
