An established industry player is seeking an HR Officer to deliver professional HR services in Crewe. This temporary role involves supporting managers and employees, implementing HR delivery plans, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment and retention strategies, as well as managing HR casework effectively. The rate is £19.66ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide a professional HR service to managers, employees, and schools, and support senior HR staff to implement local HR delivery plans. They will translate business needs into people solutions to drive continuous improvement and ensure that the people needs are met.
They will support all aspects of the delivery of the Workforce Strategy to ensure effective recruitment, resourcing, and retention. They will undertake all aspects of HR casework, including attending hearings (discipline, grievance, capability, etc.) to advise managers and others to ensure good practice and legal requirements are met, and that employees are managed in a fair and consistent way.
