Eden Scott is recruiting an HR Officer for our client, a funding and development body with an office based in Edinburgh.
Our client offers flexible and hybrid working, therefore location of the successful candidate can be flexible.
The HR Officer role will assist in the delivery of recruitment and selection activities, play a key role in the training and development programmes for staff and assist in creation and implementation of policy and procedures. The role will also provide advice and guidance to line managers and employees on a wide range of HR related issues.
We are looking for the successful candidate to be highly organised, with ability to self-plan and prioritise their workload, as well as excellent interpersonal skills including communication, influencing and the ability to build strong relationships within the organisation. The role will require a result-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative-team-focused mindset.
