What You Will Do

  • Serve as a business partner and key member of the Human Resources Team, developing effective, engaging, and proactive working partnerships.
  • Provide timely, professional, and effective HR-related advice within company policy and legal requirements.
  • Take a proactive approach to Employee Relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and capability issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Lead regular meetings with key stakeholders to address any upcoming issues and make recommendations for improvements in process and practices.
  • Manage headcount requirements and work with the Resourcing Team to ensure timely recruitment.
  • Deliver in-house management training to upskill all levels of Management at the site.
What You Will Bring

  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and CIPD qualification or part qualification at Level 5.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or fast-paced organisation in an HR role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and work effectively within a team.
  • A relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and HR packages.
