HR & Office Manager
Cheltenham
Up to £40,000 | Part time | 24 – 25 hours | Permanent

Must Have’s

  1. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Manager or Advisor role
  2. Strong working knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and HR policies
  3. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and managing a varied workload, and previous experience of doing so
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, you’ll be using this daily

Nice to have’s
  1. CIPD qualified – but hands-on experience matters most!
  2. A passion for learning and development, with some experience in L&D
  3. Previous involvement in HR projects around wellbeing, engagement or retention

So what will you be doing?
  1. Managing recruitment, onboarding and induction processes
  2. Supporting business areas with coaching and HR advice
  3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  4. Designing, delivering and reviewing training programmes
  5. Contributing to HR projects focused on wellbeing, engagement and retention
  6. Working closely with the Head of HR to drive strategic initiatives
