HR & OFFICE ASSISTANT – HEAD OFFICE

We are seeking a confident graduate to join our small and efficient HR team to support daily operations of human resources and office management. The successful candidate will help foster a positive work environment, support HR initiatives, and ensure smooth office operations.

This is a great opportunity to gain HR & Office Management experience in a fast-paced, young, and dynamic company. Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time, office-based role is located at WeWork in Hammersmith, offering modern facilities and amenities. The salary is £28,000 gross per annum.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
  • Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring legal compliance
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Update company org charts
  • Organize training sessions and HR events
  • Handle employee inquiries and HR issues
  • Support HR projects and monthly reports
  • Assist with employee surveys and satisfaction initiatives
  • Support social activity planning with HR team
Office Management & Administrative Support
  • Manage office supplies and environment
  • Handle inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics
  • Process expenses and credit card statements
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Support ad-hoc projects for HR and executives
  • Maintain a tidy office environment
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments
Candidate Requirements
