Job summary

A large public sector organisation in Lisburn is seeking a part-time HR & OD Coordinator to enhance their HR team. Qualifications

A large public sector organisation based in Lisburn is looking for a part-time HR & OD coordinator to join their HR team. Working mainly within the Recruitment team, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in HR while working in a supportive environment.

About you

  • 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • Three years' experience in:
    • Administration
    • Maintaining a computerised system
  • A working knowledge of computerised Human Resource Information Systems

What you'll do

  • Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support across the recruitment team.
  • Maintain documents and records management system for the recruitment team.
  • Administer HR & OD invoices, including raising purchase orders, coding, and processing payments in accordance with procedures.
  • Support and advise line managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct on-the-job training on Information Systems and deliver training on induction processes.
