HR / OD Consultant (Associate Director)

Location: Belfast, with Hybrid working

VANRATH is partnering with a leading consultancy to appoint a HR and OD Consultant (Associate Director) to their advisory team based in Belfast.

The role involves work in performance management, change management, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, leadership development, learning and development, board effectiveness, and organisational culture.

The successful candidate will support various projects, contribute to team success, handle client issues, and may lead specific projects.

The Person

• Blue Chip HR or HR Consulting experience
• L&D expertise, ideally in Leadership Development
• Experience in Org Design, Workforce Planning, or HR Operating Model
• Strong Project and Programme Management skills
