A leading HR services provider in Aberdeen seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions across the UK. The successful candidate will manage HR operations, ensure legislative compliance, and champion a positive employee experience. This highly operational role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to facilitate organizational change within the company. Remote and hybrid working options are available.
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. This role is eligible for hybrid working, 3 days in the office/2 days from home.
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the UK HR function, ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations while supporting the successful implementation of Group strategy across the UK business. The HR Manager will champion a positive employee experience, facilitate organisational change, and ensure full compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practices. This is a highly operational, hands-on role and there is a requirement to travel to other ASCO UK locations as operationally necessary including, but not restricted to, Peterhead, Great Yarmouth and Teesside.
