Overview

A dynamic commercial property business based in the City of London are looking for a HR Manager to join the team on a temporary basis of 3 months initially with the potential for the role to be made permanent. The ideal candidate will be available to start at the beginning of October and will have experience working in an SME environment. Please note that this role will be fully office-based.

As HR Manager you will be leading the department and driving strategy at an executive level with guidance from the Board and operating as a trusted advisor to the senior management team. You will be involved in introducing new AI tools and systems to support efficiency and streamline processes which will enable you to focus on proactive and strategic senior recruitment and ensure legislative compliance to safeguard the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead HR department and drive strategy at an executive level with guidance from the Board, operating as a trusted advisor to the senior management team.
  • Introduce new AI tools and systems to support efficiency and streamline processes to enable proactive and strategic senior recruitment and ensure legislative compliance to safeguard the business.
  • Implement all aspects of HR strategy in line with business goals and objectives, leading HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development and HR compliance.
  • Assist with the implementation of a new HRIS system and stay informed about HR best practices and legislative changes.
Qualifications
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Experience working in an SME environment
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, UK employment law and regulations
  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and systems
Remuneration

The salary on offer is up to £400 per day.
