HR Manager – Strategic Leadership Role | Temp to Perm

Overview

This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and execute HR strategy, implement cutting-edge systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll be at the forefront of modernising the department and enhancing its impact across the business, with changes including the integration of AI tools and streamlined processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
  • Designing and implementing a new HR system and processes to improve efficiency and support strategic goals.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering insight and guidance on workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Staying ahead of legislative changes and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives and supporting key organisational change programmes.

  • Proven experience in senior-level talent acquisition and HR strategy.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance.
